Do you want to run 10km in Crieff with confidence? You can run 5km on the flat but now want to take on the bigger challenge of a 10km trail which has some hills? Do you have moments of self-doubt when you think about it?

There are lots of women who feel like that so we are creating a special small group of runners who will meet for 6 weeks to prepare together for the event.

With the support of an experienced personal trainer and the group you will head to Crieff with confidence, knowing you can tackle the course. You can relax enjoy the run and the day out.

Our friendly coach will lead a weekly session, give you a simple training plan, talk about goals and how to get ready for the Crieff event. The Group will keep you motivated through What'sApp chat and meeting up for runs outside the sessions with the coach. We will analyse your gait, talk about shoes and kit, you'll be an expert before you know it! We also have a private FB group for chat and advice from more experienced runners.

Your coach will also accompany you to the event in Crieff to help you overcome any last minute nerves.

After your first run you will be rewarded with one of our T-shirts so you'll remember that you are #strongerthanyouthink.

We'll meet at the The Coffee Lodge, 69B Braid Rd, EH10 6JF, and if you want you can stay and chat afterwards over coffee.
Each session will be around 60 mins.

Start date: Wednesday 21st February 2018 @10am

- £80 for 6 sessions with a coach, T-shirt, training plan, WhatsApp group, gait analysis and kit info evening at Run4It. Your sessions will end on 28th March. This works out at £13 per session (plus event price)
